By accessing or using wrapped.link ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

wrapped.link provides a platform for users to aggregate and share links to their year-in-review content from various services (including but not limited to Spotify Wrapped, Apple Music Replay, YouTube Music Recap, etc.) in a single, shareable page.

Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may not:

• Use another person's account without permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Share your account credentials with others

Subscription Plans and Payments

Free Plan

Our Free plan provides basic functionality including one wrapped.link page, up to 5 recap links, and reactions on your page. Free accounts may display light, clearly-labeled advertisements.

Paid Plans

We offer Annual and Lifetime subscription plans with additional features. By purchasing a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan
• Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with advance notice
• Early access pricing is available until launch

Refunds

We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy. You may request a full refund at any time by contacting hello@wrapped.link. After a refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and pro features will be disabled.

User Content and Conduct

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you share on wrapped.link. By using our Service, you grant us:

• A license to host, display, and share your content as necessary to provide the Service
• The right to use your public page as an example in marketing materials (unless you opt out)

Prohibited Content

You may not post or link to content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or viruses
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains spam or unsolicited advertising
• Is sexually explicit or exploitative

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our Service
• Interfere with or disrupt our Service or servers
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our Service
• Use our Service for commercial purposes without authorization

Third-Party Links and Services

wrapped.link aggregates links to third-party services (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.). We are not responsible for:

• The availability or functionality of linked content
• Third-party terms of service or privacy policies
• Content hosted on external platforms
• Changes or removal of linked content by third parties

All trademarks and service marks belong to their respective owners.

Intellectual Property

The wrapped.link platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Service
• Use our branding without permission
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harm other users or our Service

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your content will be removed as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Warranties

Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Linked content will remain accessible
• Defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service, including but not limited to:
